I needed to rush order some stickers for an event. I approved the PDF proof sent to me, but did not see a minor error in ... it. When the stickers arrived (within 24 hours - their company name speaks the truth), the mistake became obvious. I placed a new order at full price knowing that ultimately it was my mistake. Working with Jennifer, she not only turned the rush job around again in 24 hours, she only charged me 50% for the second order, acknowledging, "we both missed it during the proofing process."
